Wreaths Across America Day 2025

Wreaths Across America Day 2025: Remember. Honor. Teach.

Each December, communities across the nation come together to honor the brave men and
women who have served our country. This year, Wreaths Across America Day will take place on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at cemeteries nationwide — including right here in Arizona.

Join us for this heartfelt ceremony at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, where volunteers will gather to place remembrance wreaths on the graves of our nation’s heroes. This annual tradition embodies three simple yet powerful words: Remember. Honor. Teach.

 Event Details

  • Date: Saturday, December 13, 2025

  • Location: National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona

  • Address: 2929 E Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85024

  • Arrival Time: Please arrive by 8:45 AM to allow time for parking

  • Ceremony Begins: 9:00 AM

Where to Meet:
Gather outside the Public Information Building, located on the right after entering through the main gate on Pinnacle Peak Road.

What to Expect

This is a public event, and everyone is welcome to participate. Whether you’re an individual, a family, or a troop, your presence helps ensure that every veteran is remembered with dignity and gratitude.

As we lay wreaths and reflect on the sacrifices made by our servicemen and women, we carry forward the mission to remember our fallen veterans, honor those who serve, and teach the next generation the value of freedom.

Important Notes for Attendees

  • Attire: Please wear closed-toed shoes and dress appropriately for the weather.

  • Gloves: Bring a pair of gloves to protect your hands when handling the wreaths.

  • Girl Scouts: If you are a Girl Scout, please wear your vest/sash or a Girl Scout shirt to represent your troop.

  • Troop Leaders: A wagon or cart can be helpful for collecting and carrying wreaths to placement areas.

2026 My First Cookie Booth

Pima has a program that pairs Daisy Girl Scouts and Daisy Parents with an older troop for their first cookie booth experience.  Here are the rules:

  • The expectation is that girls will attend for about 15 minutes to get just a taste of what it is like.
  • A parent must attend with their Daisy.
  • Girls should come in uniform (white shirt, black bottoms, vest).
  • Daisies will receive a patch for attendance.
Please note, if you open up your booth to Daisies, you must still adhere to cookie booth staffing guidelines. No more than FOUR girls at a booth at any time.

We would like parents to read over the boothing guidelines before they arrive at their first cookie booth experience.  ).

The links to sign up will appear here after booths are selected by older troops.
