Encampment Update

I'm working on finalizing the menu and site assignments, but here are a couple of updates:

Encampment Information Packet:  http://www.eternity.com/gs/fin-14fa.pdf

(Both driving directions and a camp map are on this document.)

Willow Springs General Information:  http://tinyurl.com/ACP-WillowSprings

It looks like we're going to get a bit of rain! :)
- Please make sure all of your girls bring raingear or a poncho or something.
- Throw in a few large garbage bags--always useful if anyone forgets.
- Bring an extra pair of shoes and a couple extra pairs of socks.
- Bring old shoes and socks (it may be muddy).

We'll play the activities by ear.  Throw in some cards and board games, or a craft, just in case.  Sometimes the girls just enjoy spending some cabin time, giggling and talking.  No matter what happens, they'll have fun!

Online Ordering for Fall Product

Fall product items can be sold and mailed to the customers (which works if you want to sell to customers out of state, but is not really cost-efficient for local sales).  If a customer goes to the online ordering system, he or she also has access to the entire Ashdon Farms line of products, including the blueberry pomegranate nut squares.

Here is the link to register to do that:  http://girlscouts.qspgao.com/arizonacactus-pine

The complete instructions for online ordering are on page 12 of your troop Fall Product Manual.
This is where girls register and send 12 emails to get a patch.

The one thing I will mention is that sometimes I find sending magazines to my nieces and nephews to be a handy gift.
