There are usually three neighborhoods distributing cookies for this location. We are PIMA Neighborhood and are usually located in the first part of the parking lot.
Please keep in mind the following…
· Arrive on time. We sort the cookies by pick-up time.
· Make sure your drivers know our neighborhood name and your troop number.
· Small children should be left at home due to safety concerns.
· How Many Cookies Will Fit Into My Car? These amounts assume the car will be empty, except for the driver. Make sure you bring enough vehicles to pick up your entire order. (The volunteers have been there since 6:00 a.m. and are anxious to get home. We don’t want to wait for you to go home, unload, and come back. Nor do we usually have room in our own cars to help you get your order home. We have cookies to pick up for our own troops.)

Enter parking lot off of Sweetwater. There are two lanes entering the parking lot. Since we are in the first part of the lot, please move into the left lane so cars can proceed in the right hand lane to their neighborhoods cookie distribution. (Please see attached map.) We will have a check-in table as you enter the first part of the lot.
Check-in:
· Give your troop number and your name
· You will be handed a pick sheet (keep this until check-out)
· Move forward to each cookie station to count and load cookies, by flavor
· STAY IN YOUR CAR
· If you have a van or SUV, one of the girls will usually climb in and help to load the cookies. They will stay with you until check-out.
· Count the cookies before they are loaded in your car, then sign the pick sheet for that flavor
· The volunteer will also sign the pick sheet
Once all flavors are loaded, please proceed to check-out
Check-out:
· Hand pick sheet to volunteer
· Volunteer will check for signatures
· You will receive your pre-order incentive t-shirts, if you earned them
· Volunteer will give you a receipt for cookies and for t-shirts. KEEP THIS RECEIPT
REMEMBER THAT COOKIE SALES START ON MONDAY, JANUARY 20 AT 9:00 A.M.
